Product Support

Huawei Enterprise USA offers product support services to help enterprise customer operate and maintain their equipment to promote business continuity and productivity. Huawei services include remote support with advanced parts replacement or onsite delivery and installation. Helpdesk support is provided through the USA Technical Support Center (TAC) and online resources through Huawei’s Support-E catalog. Huawei learning services offer the depth and breadth of training for Huawei’s extensive product portfolio. Service Partners

Huawei Enterprise USA works closely with qualified service partners to manage and maintain a high quality and full coverage service offering. Authorized Service Partners (ASPs) are leveraged provide geographic and round-the-clock coverage for parts logistics, parts delivery and onsite installation for Huawei HiCare and CoCare service programs. Huawei’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC), based in Mechanicsburg, PA, with support through the Huawei R&D team in Plano, TX are key players in delivering 7x24 follow-the-sun telephone support.

Channel partners are encouraged to market and resell Huawei Enterprise services, including Huawei HiCare product support, professional services and training to their end-customers.

Finally, Huawei’s network of Certified Service Partners (CSPs) are certified for quality and delivery to offer front line service and support to their end-customers, by providing Level 1 and Level 2 call center support, and professional services with their Huawei-certified technical engineers.

Product Warranty

Huawei provides a comprehensive product warranty offer with the purchase of Huawei Enterprise products. Warranties are included with the product (hardware or software) and may include a combination of hardware support, software support, helpdesk and technical support. The product warranty offer may vary by product, ranging from 90 days, to 1-year, or 3-years and may include Return-To-Factory (RTF), Advanced Parts Replacement, or Onsite installation and support. Product warranties include Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) support, and for most products, include an option for upgrade for Product Support during the warranty period and post-warranty (Huawei HiCare or Huawei CoCare services)… more
